We are based in West London and deliver our boxes ourselves to all of these postcodes on selected days listed below:
Tuesday: 8 am - 8 pm
Thursday: 8 am - 8 pm
*Any orders received after Thursday 12 pm, and on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Tuesday.
Monday to Friday: 8 am - 8 pm
*Any orders received after 12 pm, will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a message on the same day of your delivery advising of a delivery window. A further message will be made when the driver is on their way to you.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order for the next working day delivery, we will contact you via your preferred method to advise when your order can be expected.

Return & Exchange Policy
All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery and sent via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with supporting photographic evidence. Please ensure you take full photographs, including the box, and any external damage, products internally as they are, as well as detailed photos of any damaged product.
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. If you are unhappy with your purchase because the item is faulty, not of satisfactory quality, or does not match the description on our website or is different to the one ordered, you can return it to us. You must contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of the date you received the item.
The item must be returned in its original packaging. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
This refund policy does not affect your legal rights
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
